Scrum

Definition

'Scrum' is a structured framework for implementing Agile development. It is characterized by predefined roles, responsibilities, and meetings. Scrum's iterative and incremental nature allows for frequent feedback and the flexibility to adjust products during development.

In Scrum, projects are divided into short work cycles, called sprints, typically lasting one to three weeks. Each sprint focuses on creating a small, releasable part of the product for testing and feedback.
